JOB DESCRIPTION:

SoulMedic Coordinator
Full Time – 40 hours per week (+)
Annual Salary – $30,000 + Benefit Package

POSITION SUMMARY
The SoulMedic Coordinator manages elements of the SoulMedics and chat ministry in relation to volunteers and paid SoulMedics. The role involves assessing and meeting RemedyLIVE’s needs through the recruitment, placement, and retention of SoulMedics. This position will specifically focus on scheduling, managing chats, and reporting.

DAILY JOB DUTY EXPECTATIONS
  • Creating and maintaining chat schedules for SoulMedics, volunteers, and on-call staff.
  • Respond to critical needs in the chat that the on-call team may need assistance with or failed to respond to.
  • Manage client correspondence and SoulMedics’ interactions.
  • Be on-call during the work day for chat support.
  • Assist with RemedyLIVE events.
  • Assist with quarterly SoulMedic training.
  • Assist Director of Staff & Operations as needed.
  • Work with the Get Schooled Tour Director to get the information necessary for the chat prior to events.
  • Attend weekly staff meetings.
  • Meet weekly with Director of Staff & Operations.
