An invitation-only event for parents to help RemedyLIVE collect feedback and data on some of the issues parents face when engaging their children in meaningful mental health conversations.

This private event for 40 will be held in downtown Fort Wayne at Proximo, 898 S Harrison St, Fort Wayne, IN, and include a complimentary dinner for all in attendance. We are grateful for Proximo’s generosity.

The event begins at 630p and will conclude at 8:30p. Dress code is business casual.
