Sleep is vital to our overall health. We need to make sure that we are consistently getting 8 hours of sleep to help our mental health, physical immunity, and cognitive abilities. Below are some practical tips that you can apply to your nightly ritual that may improve your sleep
Come up with a routine an hour before you sleep
Take a shower
Do some light reading in a different room
Do some yoga or stretches

Keep your sleep time consistent
Go to sleep at the same time every night and wake up and get out of bed on your first alarm
