TURNING TRAGEDY INTO IMPACT
IN 2022, more than 50,000 Americans died by suicide.
More than any year on record. That same year, Fort Wayne lost one of its own, Ross Nichols, to suicide. Determined to turn the pain into a lasting impact, Ross’ family and friends have chosen to honor his life and bring awareness to a tragedy that is affecting far too many people. The Cruise-In Event and Golf Outing raise crucial funds for RemedyLIVE and support meaningful conversations in our community.
Ross, an extremely talented and young man, founded Jack’s Speed Shop in 2015 to pursue his love as an auto mechanic, collector and restorer of vintage cars and trucks. Ross attended and participated in many cruise ins and exhibited at a variety of car shows, winning awards for his vintage 1949 Ford F1, 1974 MG and 1974 International Harvester Loadstar and a 1969 F100 which he won the Ford Outstanding Achievement Award in 2019 the SEMA car show in Las Vegas. We are excited to honor Ross’ love of cars and trucks and his friendships with fellow car enthusiasts by adding the Cruise In event in 2025.

Sunday, August 17th, promises to be a fundraiser perfectly aligned with Ross’ passion for cars and trucks. Enjoy an afternoon of high-octane energy and friendships while strolling through a selection of automobiles and trucks, thanks to our friends at SweetCars and The Fort Wayne Driving Club.
Dinner at Camp Red Cedar - an early evening of great food, live auction, and fellowship benefitting the funding needs of RemedyLIVE.

Grab your foursome and join us Monday, August 18 for a great round of golf on one of the most beautiful courses in the area. This year’s golf outing will be filled with prizes and more to keep you on the green and in great spirits.
Morning and afternoon flights will be available.
Lunch is included for all golfers. Registration will include golf at Pine Valley as well as the Cruise-In, Sunday evening dinner and live auction at the beautiful Camp Red Cedar.
